Job Summary:
Lead HCP capability-building, in collaboration with SMA central team and
broader Roche team through various seminars and promotional activities to shape
local SMA ecosystem and increase brand awareness. Additional support
responsibilities as necessary, such as local coordination with internal
partners to enable patient support programs and patient drug access.
You will:
Strategic Partnership

Maintain strong communication channel with key stakeholders such as HCPs
(TAEs, KOLs) to understand their treatment protocol/decision-making views,
preferences and interests and identify co-creation opportunities to meet their
unmet needs
*
Work with internal partners (eg. MSL, medical manager, local access managers)
on customer knowledge exchange strategy and execution
*
Propose adjustment of relevant strategy when necessary to maximize the benefit
Roche could bring to the patient.
Knowledge Exchange

Product Key Message Delivery- Keep regular visits with TAEs to continuously
help them recognize Roche products and know relevant knowledge of Roche
products, enhance the recognition and reputation of the Roche products in
accordance to applicable China laws, regulations and codes and Roche SOPs.

Share relevant product information (eg. Disease, Brand, Reconstitution
protocol, etc) to relevant parties (eg. Pharmacy stakeholders)
*
Understand the existing disease field in the hospital and emerging local Dx
and Tx concepts and processes.
